Terms of Service

Uman2Go serves as a platform connecting travelers with independent hotels, drivers and tour guides operating in Uman. The actual booking, payment and service are provided by the service provider (the hotel owner/driver/guide), not by the platform itself.

At booking time, a 10% deposit of the booking price is charged upfront through the site, constituting the platform's full commission - the price shown to you already reflects this, with no added markup. The remaining balance (90%) is paid directly to the service provider on arrival, as arranged with them.

Cancellations and changes are subject to the specific service provider's cancellation policy. We recommend checking the cancellation policy before confirming a booking.

Using the site constitutes agreement to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time.
